As a Contingent Worker, you will not be employed Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. You will be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, which oversees the majority of our temporary contract recruitment.

This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite once a week.

Overview

The candidate will be responsible for drafting various agreements for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). They will review agreements to ensure all information is accurate and complete (e.g., HCP name, fair market value (FMV), total compensation, contract duration). The role includes partnering with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Meetings & Events.

The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of efficient administration and automation of contract processes. They will also support the onboarding of HCPs into the HCP Payments Portal, ensuring profiles are set up accurately and all required documentation is completed.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review agreements for Healthcare Professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., HCP name, FMV, total compensation, contract duration).

• Collaborate with Legal and Meetings & Events to align on contract terms and process improvements.

• Support onboarding of HCPs into the HCP Payments Portal, ensuring profiles are created correctly and all required documentation is collected.

Requirements

MS Office skills, contract management experience
, position requires strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent client relation skills.

Education

Bachelors Degree required

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): $22-$28/hr
