Payroll Accountant-- GOEDC

Responsibilities

• Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments.
• Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required.
• Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end.
• Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets.
• Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information.
• Additional tasks and projects as assigned.

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management.
• You possess a logical and methodical work manner accompanied by a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
• 3 years of payroll processing experience on ADP WFN.
• Knowledge of E-time is a plus.
• Understanding of payroll processing principles.
• Must be able to interact with various levels of management.
• Must work well under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment where multitasking is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
