Payroll Specialist (ADP Workforce Now) | Hazlet, NJ (Onsite)

Contract | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $22/hr–$26/hr

Zing Recruiting is looking for a detail-driven Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll processing. If you’ve got strong ADP Workforce Now experience and love getting payroll right the first time, this one’s for you.

• Process weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now
• Maintain and process time and attendance records
• Handle payroll deductions, compensation changes, overtime, shift changes, and withholding adjustments
• Perform pre and post payroll reconciliations
• Prepare and deliver month-end payroll reports
• Respond to employee payroll questions through a ticketing system
• Support periodic and year-end reporting needs
• Take on additional payroll projects as assigned

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce Now (required)
• Strong knowledge of payroll principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with employees and management
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• E-Time knowledge is a plus
