Overview
Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Saddle Brook, NJ. The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming new hires and setting them up for success from day one. This position drives a seamless onboarding experience by guiding candidates through compliance, background checks, and training while partnering closely with internal teams.
As the go-to connector, the Onboarding Coordinator ensures every new hire feels supported, informed, and ready to thrive in their role!
Hybrid schedule with one in-office day each Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities- Guide new hires through onboarding paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements
- Ensure all documentation meets company, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate new hire training and onboarding classes
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic personnel records
- Serve as the main point of contact between new hires and internal departments
- Track onboarding progress and provide updates to leadership
- Support recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure timely nurse placement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year of Human Resources experience or an HR internship
- Strong customer-focused communication skills with the ability to support candidates and internal teams
- Comfortable working in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Word
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $45,000 - $60,000. Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
