Recruiting Scheduler at Celldex
Be part of a dynamic talent acquisition team and contribute to the overall candidate experience through a high level of customer service. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the organization, coordinating and managing candidate interviews, handling logistics for various interview formats (on-site and virtual), and maintaining accurate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS). Your key duties include communicating with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and helping to improve recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities- Schedule interviews across different platforms and formats, ensuring alignment between candidates and interviewers.
- Handle all logistical aspects of the interview process, including preparing interview materials and managing last‑minute changes or conflicts.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, providing timely and consistent information.
- Update and maintain candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing candidate packets, scheduling events, and office administration.
- Support candidates who are traveling for interviews with expense reports.
- AS/BS in a business-related field.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a business environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Highly organized, able to manage complex calendars and multiple interview stages.
- Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders and outstanding phone skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast‑paced environment and high‑volume scheduling.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online scheduling tools is necessary.
- Ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues that arise.
- High level of customer satisfaction and desire to please the customer.
The expected base salary range for this position is $42,350 to $55,000.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long‑term incentive, 401(k) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
