HR Generalist at Curalta Foot & Ankle

Location:

Rochelle Park, NJ. Full-time.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr.

Job Overview

Provides administrative support for critical HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance training, performance review processes, and serves as first point of contact for the HR group.

Essential Functions,

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage new hire and onboarding process, including HR Onboarding presentation.
  • Manage annual online compliance training program launched in HRIS.
  • Manage FACIS background checks for the company.
  • Prepare new employee onboarding documents.
  • Manage I‑9 reviews and resolve in HRIS, confirm E‑Verify.
  • Manage annual performance review process in HRIS.
  • Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Manage communications with terminated employees in HRIS and send required paperwork.
  • File documents into appropriate electronic employee files.
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process as needed, including background requests and candidate status tracking in HRIS.
  • Adhere to attendance policy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3 years’ experience in Human Resources required.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Previous experience with an HRIS required;
    Paycor a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid written and oral communications.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Proactive and independent with initiative.
  • Resourceful with strong time‑management, organization, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
