Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on biweekly payroll processing for up to 1,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with the payroll team to alternate workload and support high‑volume cycles.

• Process biweekly multistate payroll for up to 1,000 employees.
• Utilize Workday HCM and UKG Ultipro for payroll and timekeeping.
• Manage workforce management modules, including absence tracking and timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multistate environment.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and UKG Ultipro payroll systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping and absence tracking modules.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high‑volume payroll cycles and meet strict deadlines.

• Exposure to workforce management systems and absence tracking rollouts.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes for payroll.
