Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our growing HR & Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the candidate experience, partnering directly with the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, and supporting high-visibility recruiting initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fast-paced work, is exceptional at scheduling and managing complex calendars, and wants to contribute to building out our US Recruiting Dashboard and reporting capabilities.

- Own all interview scheduling activities across multiple departments—ensuring seamless coordination for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Create and post requisitions, manage candidate communications, and ensure an excellent end-to-end candidate experience.
- Partner directly with the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition on TA operations, reporting, and recruiting dashboard enhancements.
- Maintain TA trackers, metrics, and weekly activity updates to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and manage the U.S. Recruitment inbox and coordination calendar.
- Support onboarding activities and assist with TA/HR projects that help elevate our hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience, specifically with high-volume interview scheduling.
- Experience working in a Talent Acquisition Department.
- Strong sense of urgency with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience managing Outlook/MS Teams calendars with precision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required) and the ability to support reporting and dashboard creation.
- Experience working within Success Factors ATS or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship-building abilities.
- Position will require 4 days on site in Cranbury NJ.
The anticipated pay for this position is $47,000-$75,000.
