We're seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs, collaborate with our Sales team, and lead our US and Latin American talent acquisition efforts.

• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather detailed requirements for development team members.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our hiring/talent acquisition team across the US and Latin America.
• Sales Partnership: Work closely with our Sales team to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Bi-lingual communication: Effectively communicate and conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.

• Proven experience as a recruiter within a technology consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies and roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
