Responsible for leading process, reporting, and compliance activities for US Talent Acquisition. Oversight of master data and data integrity related to US Talent Acquisition. Ensures solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and advises accordingly. Ensures efficient, compliant, and customer-oriented Talent Acquisition operations that align with organizational strategies.
RelationshipsReports to the Head of US Talent Acquisition. Collaborates with global, regional, and local leaders, HR colleagues, legal, compliance, employees, and hiring managers. External relationships include vendors, consulting firms, and HR associations.
Essential Functions- Develop and improve data representation and delivery applications supporting US Talent Acquisition.
- Evaluate processes and provide recommendations in line with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Monitor survey data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of relevant laws and policies, monitor changes, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance.
- Manage US compliance to align with country-specific rules and regulations.
- Generate reports, insights, and trends for US Talent Acquisition.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence and Talent Acquisition Delivery Teams to ensure documentation and compliance.
- Manage requests for information, audits, and retention requirements.
- Own and advise on TA-related policies.
- Represent US Talent Acquisition in projects related to processes, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Oversee and direct US Talent Acquisition processes and assessments for compliance.
Up to 10% overnight travel; hybrid role requiring up to 3 days onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, including 4 years in a similar role with a focus on operations, compliance, reporting, and metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Strong understanding of global TA operations, legal compliance, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze datasets and present insights effectively.
Base salary ranges from $116,810 to $216,100, depending on factors. Eligible for bonuses, long-term incentives, and company vehicles. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible spending, employee assistance, tuition reimbursement, voluntary benefits, and paid time off.
