Banquet Server

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for hospitality. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through assisting in the daily execution of all banquet and dining functions at the property. Previous Food & Beverage experience is required.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays. Competitive compensation starts at $23.00 per hour plus banquet gratuities.

• Perform the correct policies and procedures
• Assist with banquet set‑up and breakdown of tables, décor, equipment, serving areas and related activities accurately and timely
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events and a la carte dining
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions, or special requests
• Serve clients during events (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.)
• Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor

• Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
• Must have food and beverage, a la carte and banquet experience
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail‑oriented
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong service orientation

• Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending and scooping
• Regularly reach with arms and hands
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color and peripheral vision and depth perception
• Noise level is typically moderate
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
• Work weekends and holidays
