Seasonal Birthday Party & Group Host

Location: Seaside Heights

The birthday party and group host reports to and works with the group sales director and is responsible for assisting with birthday parties and groups. Each week will be different depending on which event is going on or how many groups or birthday parties are booked.

Requirements

* Birthday parties/Groups

* Plans, organizes, and facilitates birthday parties that deliver a safe, fun and active party for the children, value packed and hassle free for the parents.

* Welcome all party/group guests with a smile, and review agenda with parents/adults.

* Sets up and cleans up birthday parties/groups areas

* Facilitate the staging area while waiting for remaining guests.

* Ensure requested food is properly displayed and served within the party/group area.

* Assistant party and group participants with check in and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit

* Assists with the general maintenance/upkeep of party areas

* Enforces all rules and regulations promptly and professionally

* Finalize party/group balance and ensure that it is paid prior to departure of guests

Qualifications:

* Outgoing and creative personality with a willingness and desire to have fun.

* Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Experience:

* Previous experience with hosting groups or parties preferred

* Previous experience working as event assistant/host preferred

Environmental demands:

* Physical environment of this position requires a person to be able to work in hot, humid environments.
