Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date;
Process all guest check-ins and assign rooms; activate or reissue room keys;
Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications; count bank at end of shift;
Operate telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and relay messages;
Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and maintain professional appearance
