Job Brief

We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to lead a team of kitchen and wait staff and make sure they deliver excellent customer service.

Banquet Supervisor responsibilities include planning food and beverage menus, assisting the Operation manager for room set up as per plan and coordinating food preparation and serving during events. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in catering or hospitality and solid organizational abilities.

Ultimately, you will ensure that we run efficient catering facilities and help increase our clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all banquet operations during weddings and events
  • Coordinate with catering and service staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure all setup and breakdown processes are efficient and organized
  • Address any guest concerns or issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and manage wait staff
  • Schedule staff shifts
  • Arrange food tastings with potential customers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in banquet supervision or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
