You may also have the exciting possibility to work in various locations across the United States through our nationwide program, delivering a breadth of clinical experiences and collaboration with a wide range of healthcare settings. You’ll gain exposure across acute care, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and community-based programs, refining your practice through rotating facility experiences.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll sit at the heart of patient-centered OT practice. You’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine functional limitations, participation barriers, and goals; design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and ergonomics. You’ll tailor therapeutic activities to each client’s needs, monitor progress with documentation, and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
You’ll provide caregiver and family education, recommend assistive devices, home safety modifications, and community reintegration strategies to support sustained independence. Collaboration is essential: you’ll work with physicians, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care, manage discharge planning, and ensure seamless transitions to home or community settings. You’ll document in patient records to meet regulatory standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Competitive benefits include a weekly pay range of $1,654 to $1,770, guaranteed 35 hours per week, and potential sign-on or performance-based bonuses.
