• Deliver direct, one on one ABA therapy to children within our center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use play based and structured ABA techniques to teach new skills.
• Collect data and track client progress meticulously.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

• Experience working with children is a plus (ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health).
• A dependable, positive, and eager to learn attitude.
• A genuine desire to make a real difference in a child's life.
• Availability for daytime and/or after school hours.

• ABA Therapists and RBTs who prefer the structure of a center.
• College students in psychology or education seeking hands on experience.
