RBT – Work One-on-One With Children With ASD

About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home, school, and/or community settings.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Interest in working with children with ASD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule & Availability:

• Flexible scheduling available
• Weekday and weekend hours offered
• Sessions may vary based on client needs

Transportation:

• Must be able to commute via public transportation
• Assignments within a 1-hour commute radius
