We are actively seeking a highly motivated ABA Specialist to work with adults with developmental disabilities in Swedesboro, NJ.
Responsibilities- With behavior analyst oversight, create and coordinate the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for persons served at specific program sites.
- Collaborate with the behavior analyst to conduct, develop, and implement functional behavior assessments for persons served at program sites.
- Develop, evaluate, and confirm clinical outcomes of behavior plans to ensure a functionally sound plan for each person served.
- Coordinate and create agendas for family and funder contact.
- Coordinate health care and behavioral needs.
- Train, mentor, and monitor staff on care delivery.
- Lead the interdisciplinary team (IDT) process and ensure timely documentation, advocating on behalf of persons served.
- Tuition reimbursement of $5,250 each year toward a college degree.
- Tuition repayment offering $5,000 annually toward college loans.
- On‑site M.A. in Applied Psychology (ABA) through Rider University with tuition paid in full by Bancroft.
- Opportunity to earn supervision hours toward BCBA or BCaBA requirements while gaining hands‑on experience.
- Participation in clinical research and work with leaders in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Career advancement opportunities; many ABA Clinical Assistants have progressed to higher positions and entered top degree programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of six months experience in Human Services or related field.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
