We are actively seeking a highly motivated ABA Specialist to work with adults with developmental disabilities in Swedesboro, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • With behavior analyst oversight, create and coordinate the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for persons served at specific program sites.
  • Collaborate with the behavior analyst to conduct, develop, and implement functional behavior assessments for persons served at program sites.
  • Develop, evaluate, and confirm clinical outcomes of behavior plans to ensure a functionally sound plan for each person served.
  • Coordinate and create agendas for family and funder contact.
  • Coordinate health care and behavioral needs.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor staff on care delivery.
  • Lead the interdisciplinary team (IDT) process and ensure timely documentation, advocating on behalf of persons served.

  • Career advancement opportunities; many ABA Clinical Assistants have progressed to higher positions and entered top degree programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of six months experience in Human Services or related field.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
