Caregiver – Sevita

Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services and offers a range of programs for individuals of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses.
Starting Pay: $16.25 per hour.
Additional pay: $0.50 per hour for 1–4 years of experience; $1.00 per hour for 5+ years of experience.

Preliminary Requirements:

Proof of a non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year.
• Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, daytime).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Ensure overall safety and well‑being of clients.
• Use proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in humaniência services or caregiving preferred.
• Valid, non-probationary driver’s license with no restrictions or provisions.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others.
• Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients.
