Home Health Aide (HHA) – Hourly (Fluent English)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and reliable individual committed to providing excellent care to clients, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring overall well‑being.

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and daily activity assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical support as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CPR certification (preferred).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent personal hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in providing home healthcare services preferred but not required.

• $18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
