Home Health Aide; HHA

Priority Group Services, a leading NJ homecare provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities and promote their well-being in the comfort of their homes.

• Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Location: In-Person
• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Shift Coverage: Daytime Shift
• Type: Part-Time

• Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.
• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
