As our Staffing Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every shift is staffed with skilled, caring professionals—directly impacting the quality of life for our residents. We’re looking for someone who understands the unique challenges of long-term care staffing and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of scheduling experience in a long-term care setting (required)
- HR background or degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience handling schedules, call-outs, and coordinating interviews
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Track attendance, call-outs, and punctuality
- Support HR with recruitment and staff retention
- Help coordinate interviews and performance evaluations
- Health, dental, vision, and PTO (for full-time employees)
