As the first point of contact for our patients and partners, the CSR plays a vital role in ensuring clear communication, timely scheduling, and a positive overall experience.

The Customer Service Representative is essential to daily branch operations and overall performance. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting patients and caregivers, coordinating schedules, completing accurate data entry, and providing administrative support related to patient services and equipment coordination.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient, caregiver, and vendor inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
- Schedule and coordinate patient services and equipment deliveries
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient and equipment records
- Support field staff with administrative and scheduling needs
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable healthcare and company policies
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have a Federal be willing to obtain one prior to start date
- High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred (may be waived for the right candidate)
- Prior experience in Home Health Care and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred
- Experience with patient scheduling and/or route scheduling preferred
