Position: Cook – Part-Time

Facility: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center

Location: Hazlet, New Jersey

Shift: Full
-Time | 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM, every other weekend

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

About the Role: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Cook to prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, dietary guidelines, and portion standards.
• Ensure meals are appetizing and well-presented.
• Follow recipes and accommodate special dietary needs.
• Provide meal substitutions and bedtime snacks as needed.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safe storage.
• Assist with food prep for facility events.

• 1 year of experience in healthcare, hospital, or nursing home food service preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
