Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and reliable, committed to providing excellent care to our clients. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily activities, promote independence, and support their overall well-being.

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) from New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience as a home health care aide preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Valid CPR certification (Preferred but not required).
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Must have exceptional personal hygiene and be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and demonstrated experience in providing home healthcare services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
