Healing through the Heart Center® is a heart-centered group practice rooted in authenticity, relational healing, and evidence-based care. If you're eager to grow your trauma expertise and dive into EMDR, this is your opportunity.

• 100% covered EMDR Basic Training, valued at $2,000, including CE credits
  (Part I: February 25 - 27, Part II A: March 18 - 20, Part II B: April 16 - 17)

• Free EMDR consultation to support your EMDRIA certification — a $2,250 value in required consultation hours, fully covered
• Relational EMDR training,focusing on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship

• Delivering individualized trauma-informed care
• Using structured, evidence-based methods to help clients heal quickly and sustainably
• Participating in ongoing professional development and outcome tracking
• Managing a caseload of 28 clients, building gradually with support
• Attending to timely documentation and contributing to community outreach
• Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 28 weekly client sessions and work a combination of shifts, including four weekday shifts (10:30am–6:30pm or 11:30am–7:30pm) and one daytime shift (8:30am–4:30pm or 9:30am–5:30pm).
• Part-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 18 weekly client sessions and work three shifts

Note:

Building a successful practice takes time. Therapists should expect a gradual increase in caseload over the first 3–6 months. Waitlist will expedite this process.

• Ideally, you’re a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with 1–3+ years of individual session
  experience — but if you re newly licensed or close to licensure with relevant experience and a strong desire to grow, we still encourage you to apply
• Have a strong interest or experience in trauma work
• Communicate with warmth, integrity, and clinical clarity
• Are committed to learning and collaborative growth
• Trauma therapy experience or extensive training in evidence-based treatments is highly preferred
