The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care, companionship, and homemaking services that support the client’s comfort and health vices are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment
• Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises
• Supporting independence while maintaining client dignity
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Attending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs)

• Active New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility
• Ability to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible)
• Good vision, hearing, and overall physical health

Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County, Cumberland County, and nearby areas.
