• Prepare traditional Korean meals that meet dietary and health requirements
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan weekly culturally appropriate menus
• Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff in both Korean and English
• Train others in Korean cuisine preparation as needed

• Professional experience in Korean cuisine, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings
• Knowledge of Korean ingredients, cooking techniques, and elder dietary needs
• Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward older adults
