  Director of Rehab.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to restore function and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and make referrals as needed.

• Accredited occupational therapy bachelor’s degree (ACOTE).
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
• Strong patient‑centered approach and teamwork.

USD $40.00 – $50.00 /hr.
