CCP - Afternoon​/Weekends - Harrington Park

This role has availability Saturday/Sunday from 4pm-8pm, and Thursday 12pm-4pm.

As a Client Care Pro (CCP), you’ll work directly with clients to deliver meaningful, one-on-one support services under the supervision of a BCBA. We are looking for team members who are patient, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference. This role offers hands‑on experience in ABA, and provides training, mentorship, and opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.

• Provide individualized behavior support services to assigned clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Support clients who may display challenging behaviors, including but not limited to aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, scratching, or verbal outbursts)
• Participate in training on behavior management and safety strategies
• Collect and record data on client progress using established tools and procedures
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to review and discuss data and client needs
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, client-centered approach at all times

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during challenging situations
• Interest or experience in ABA and behavior therapy is a plus
• Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data is a bonus
• Must be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
