Performs massages of various techniques and time length on members, guests, and/or rehabilitation clientele. Takes into consideration personal feedback and/or medical direction from a physician to ensure a safe procedure and positive outcome for the customer.

• Demonstrates professional knowledge of massage methods and techniques by assessing which type of massage is most beneficial to the customer based on needs identification and/or medical prescription.
• Performs quality massage treatment which results in client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Recognizes importance of member retention by generating new ideas to promote massage to clientele.
• Exhibits professional time-management skills to ensure massage schedule is reliable and massage appointments are executed on time to guarantee a seamless flow of appointments.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training in various massage techniques and/or specialties (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)
• Massage License (required)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification – must be completed within 60 days of hire (required)
