All staff receive free meals and uniforms. Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (Full Time), $1,000 (Part Time). Evening and overnight shifts paid differential above starting rate. Internship available for non‑licensed candidates.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Encourage residents to perform self‑care.
• Document care in clinical record.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Maintain a confidential and orderly environment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency pull cords.
• Communicate changes in resident status to nurse.
• Participate in educational programs.

High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1–3 months related experience or training; certificate of 75‑hour home health aide curriculum required. Must possess valid New Jersey C N A or CHHA license; non‑licensed candidates may complete internship.

Basic reading comprehension, written and verbal communication in English, and simple written work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Standing, walking, use hands and fingers, reach arms.
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Talk or hear, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases, blood‑borne pathogens, latex, and various hazards.
• Occasional weekend, evening or night work.
