We are currently hiring for a full-time Primary Therapist for a Residential Treatment Program serving adolescents and young adults with behavioral and mental health issues located in Oldwick, NJ.
Responsibilities- Coordinates treatment and care being delivered to the patients.
- Delivers individual, group and family psychotherapy.
- Conducts biopsychosocial assessment on admission.
- Collaborates with the rest of the treatment team to formulate the treatment plan and ongoing treatment planning.
- Maintains communication with the family during the treatment stay.
- Coordinates care with referring providers on admission and with step-down team upon discharge.
- Master’s Degree in social work or counseling field. Experience treating patients with substance abuse, and general psychiatric and behavioral health issues.
- Licensed to practice therapy in New Jersey. LSW or LAC / LCSW or LPC
