Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,310 - $2,470 per week

• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Float Requirement:
  May float to High Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB) and to 4 additional hospitals within the health system (Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL) as needed
• Scrubs:
  Provided by hospital
• Charting System: EPIC (EPIC experience preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (within the last 12 months)
• Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NRP (all must be current and valid for the duration of the assignment)
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (must be taken on a PC; only 2 attempts permitted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Willingness to float within 5 hospitals as needed
• Ability to complete required labs within 48 hours of signing
• Clean-shaven for fit testing prior to working on unit

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a Level III high-risk environment
• Monitor patients using continuous fetal and maternal monitoring systems
• Float to High Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB) and other designated hospitals as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 during day and night shifts
• Participate in orientation modules and ongoing clinical training
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including fit testing and vaccine requirements
