Overview

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Brick and surrounding locations in NJ. This position is primarily based in one of our senior living community partners, Leisure Park.

FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls to older adults in their communities. We provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism, drive rewarding patient outcomes, and facilitate clinically autonomous interventions. You’ll benefit from the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary approach with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

• Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting as part of a geriatric care team.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes.
• Support flexible treatment scheduling and patient-centered care.
• Engage in clinically autonomous, evidence-based interventions.

In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
