Join the analytical team of a growing CDMO in Cranbury, NJ. The Analytical Scientist will conduct GMP analytical product testing for release, stability, etc., as well as method development and validation for a range of products, primarily oral solid dosage. Position is Contract‑to‑Hire.

• Perform HPLC, Karl Fischer, GC, and other analytical testing for routine and non‑routine analyses of raw materials, in‑process materials, environmental samples, product release, and stability samples.
• Participate in analytical method development and method validation.
• Participate in assay development and assay validation.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment, including HPLC.
• Peer‑review laboratory records.
• Conduct deviation investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on expanding, developing, and continuously improving the Analytical lab procedures and workflows.

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree with 3‑8 years of analytical laboratory experience.
• HPLC and Karl Fisher titration experience in GMP environment.
• Analytical testing experience including product release testing, stability, etc.
• Additional experience with GC (Gas Chromatography), Dissolution testing, moisture testing, etc.
• Experience with HPLC troubleshooting, method validation and method development Preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to author SOPs and Work Instructions.
