Whether you are just beginning your career or you are an established artist seeking to advance yourself in a new environment, we provide ongoing in‑house training with advanced education. We are currently seeking full‑time apprentices to work with our artists behind the chair.

Active mentorship and hands‑on training provided by owner Marina Lantos @Marina Lantos Hair  and senior staff.

Assisting stylists with daily tasks such as:

• Applying glazes, shampooing, blow‑drying guests, and booking appointments
• Greeting and seating clients upon their arrival
• Maintaining salon’s standards of appearance
• Retail
• Maintaining a willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Must have a valid State of New Jersey Cosmetology license/permit
• Have a flexible work schedule (be available for one‑on‑one training sessions)
• Possess the ability to adapt while remaining organized
• Have great in‑person, over the phone, and email communication skills
• Must be goal oriented
