We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team to help grow, recruit, and build a successful nail department. Our salon is a full-service salon that offers a wide range of services and products.

• Experience is required.
• Good Management skills.
• New Jersey Board of Cosmetology License (Required).
• Fully proficient at polishing, manicures, and pedicures etc.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team and be a leader in your department.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Fashion Driven.
• Great work ethic.

• Providing high quality nail services, such as manicures, pedicures, Acrylic or Gels and nail art.
• Able to manage Employees.
• Understanding and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Recruitment.
• Training New employees.
• Creating new services with trends.
• Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Problem solving.
• Ordering supplies.
• Stocking and maintaining salon area.
• Increasing customer loyalty by promoting products and services.
• Upselling services to customers.
• Working collaboratively with other team members.
• Covering shifts for employees.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required.

• Day and Nights until 9 are required.
• Saturdays 9-5.
• Full Time is required.
