Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise leader in spa services, offering massage, facials, and hair removal. We are seeking a licensed esthetician for a long‑term role in a stable and positive environment.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, webinars, and ongoing education.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create a friendly and helpful client experience.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and membership promotion.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Strong in‑room retail and upgrade record.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to estheticians.
