Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities. You will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. This role requires fluency in both English and Korean to effectively support communication between U.S. teams and headquarters.

• Support month‑end close, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and consolidate financial data for leadership.
• Analyze performance vs. forecasts and present variance insights.
• Create and manage expense reports, headcount summaries, KPI trackers, and operational metrics.
• Allocate expenses and budgets across cost centers and GL accounts.
• Assist with asset-related activities (inventory scrap, refurbishment, FOC orders).
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and decision‑support reports.
• Enter manual journal entries and support GL allocations and budget adjustments.

  Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables, and raw data analysis

  Experience with
  SAP FI – a strong plus
• ✔ Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
• ✔ Ability to produce ad‑hoc reports and work with large datasets
• ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• ✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ✔ 0–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
