Responsibilities
  • Present and sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources
  • Submit paperwork and obtain approval from finance sources for our customers
  • Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
  • Handle all rate quotes
  • Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc
  • Establish and meet monthly objectives
  • Maintain high profitability of finance products in an ethical, legal and compliant manner.
  • Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state and local regulations that affect the operations.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities
  • Ensure paperwork is legal, compliant and complete without flaw.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years Automotive Finance experience preferably in a GM dealership
  • Proficient with CDK and Darwin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attitude and high energy level
  • Superior organization and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage detailed paperwork
  • A thorough understanding of F & I Procedures
