Financial Analyst – Financial Reporting

Diamond Communications LLC ("Diamond") is a preeminent private wireless infrastructure company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with strong financial analytical skills to join our financial reporting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial/accounting knowledge and exemplary interpersonal skills with a desire to be a significant contributor from day one.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• Compile and analyze financial data from multiple internal departments, including accounting and lease administration
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other analytical summaries used by senior leadership
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to support informed decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly board presentation materials and other high‑visibility financial deliverables
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and reporting enhancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑departmental collaboration

• Experience working in financial reporting or corporate finance within a fast‑paced or entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with financial modeling, data visualization, or ERP/reporting systems
• Demonstrated ability to summarize complex financial information for executive‑level audiences

Diamond’s office is in Springfield, NJ, approximately 17 miles west of New York City. The office is conveniently located close to I‑78 and NJ‑24.

• Traditional office work environment
• Hybrid schedule: four days in‑office
