Our Client, a rapidly expanding and innovative organization, is seeking a transformational Head of Corporate Finance. This senior executive position is pivotal—ideal for a strategic finance leader who thrives on building, modernizing, and scaling high-impact finance functions in complex, multi-entity environments.

Reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will be the financial architect driving operational reliability, growth strategy, and enterprise stability. You’ll shape a high-performing finance team, implement world-class systems, and provide actionable executive insights for aggressive expansion and M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the trusted executive partner to Co-CEOs and leadership team, translating strategy into disciplined financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Oversee all financial reporting, controls, and compliance across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and executive dashboards to deliver actionable business insights
- Own cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, credit facilities, and liquidity management for long-term success
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact finance and accounting team with clear roles, expectations, and career development pathways
- Drive M&A due diligence, integration, and process standardization to enable rapid, controlled growth
- Establish scalable systems, audit-ready controls, and reliable financial visibility for leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Proven expertise in multi-entity, high-growth environments and complex organizational structures
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial governance
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, and developing finance teams and processes
- Experience in M&A, integrations, or enterprise expansion is a strong plus
