- 5 Billion in Value Transactions with 700+ companies in over 20 countries
- Global investment manager
- Structured debt and equity investment
- Straight Equity Purchases, Convertible Securities, Equity Purchase Agreements
- Analyze potential investment opportunities in public companies
- Comprehensive understanding of how to interpret SEC filings for U.S. listed public companies
- Assess associated risks in opportunities
- Work directly with Investment team on Financial & Operational Due Diligence
- Skilled in analyzing all aspects of public company financial statement reporting
