Position OverviewThe FP&A Analyst will play a key role in managing project financial models, cost tracking, and forecasting. This position requires strong FP&A expertise and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for real estate development initiatives.
Responsibilities Of The FP&A Analyst- Maintain project financial models, including budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate GAAP compliance and manage accruals and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate job cost and contract‑level data within financial systems.
- Forecast cash flow requirements and integrate projections into corporate financial models.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Experience with development accounting.
- Familiarity with MRI or similar financial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
