FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in managing project financial models, cost tracking, and forecasting. This position requires strong FP&A expertise and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for real estate development initiatives.

• Maintain project financial models, including budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate GAAP compliance and manage accruals and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate job cost and contract‑level data within financial systems.
• Forecast cash flow requirements and integrate projections into corporate financial models.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.

• Experience with development accounting.
• Familiarity with MRI or similar financial systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
