The Associate Private Wealth Advisor plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s advisors and partners in delivering exceptional personalized wealth management solutions. This is a growth‑oriented position designed for a professional who wants to play an integral role in all aspects of how we service and advise clients and aspires to become a lead advisor.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain customized financial plans in collaboration with other professional colleagues.
- Support investments, insurance, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning discussions by gathering and organizing data. Assist with executing client strategies.
- Utilize financial planning tools (eMoney, Holistiplan, Black Diamond Wealth Platform) to model scenarios and support client decisions.
- Become expert in eMoney
, leveraging its use and ensuring all data is relevant and current. - Prepare for and present financial plans to clients
, making real‑time adjustments based upon discussions. - Perform research and analysis for investment portfolios and risk assessments.
- Partner with the investment and advisory teams to enhance our custom proposal system, integrating the strengths of multiple platforms into one cohesive, client‑ready presentation that differentiates MPW in new business presentations. Prepare proposals for real‑time new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with advisor and CIO to align client portfolios with financial plans.
- Assist with portfolio analysis, account transitions, and strategy execution.
- Stay current on market trends and economic outlook to support investment decisions.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to prepare for client meetings.
- Participate in client meetings alongside Private Wealth Advisors.
- Post‑meeting, responsible for planning‑related follow‑up tasks and to work with Client Service Team to answer technical questions so follow‑up paperwork or tasks are executed with accuracy (i.e. suitability, objectives and risk tolerance).
