Cedar Stars Rush, Operations Coordinator

Position Overview: Cedar Stars Rush is currently accepting applications for Operations Coordinators for our 2026 USL League Two season. The team is in search of outgoing, qualified candidates that have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This highly motivated individual will be a key contributor to the execution of the event in many facets, such as event preparation (setup/breakdown), in-game promotion activations, and tending to guest requests.

Please note:

This is an unpaid internship.

Duties and Responsibilities (could include but not limited to):

• Work with Assistant General Manager and rest of operations team on game day.
• Field set up/break down.
• Develop game-day operations agenda (detailed schedule for all home games).
• Locker room and Referee room set up/clean up.
• Work to help implement in-game activations (pregame, half time, post-game).
• Tend to Guest Service requests as needed.
• Assist with ticket sales.
• Serve as PA Announcer at home games. (As Needed)
• Ability to work in the office on selected non-game days.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to adapt on the fly to assist in areas of need.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to stand/walk for an extended period of time (throughout an 8 hr. shift).
• Demonstrate a friendly approach and positive attitude, and engage in fan interaction.
• Flexible schedule (shifts include nights, weekends, holidays), including availability for all home games.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
