Customer Service Rep
Our client, a leading organization in legal and compliance services, is seeking a dedicated Legal Customer Support professional to join their team. As a Legal Customer Support, you will be part of the Court Order Compliance group supporting legal process management and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, independence, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry of legal processes into the workflow management system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Verify, compile, and review data for accuracy, correcting errors as needed.
- Work independently to resolve issues and escalates complex problems to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in all tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Experience in customer service or dispatch roles handling high call volumes.
- Proficient typing, transcription, and computer skills.
- Ability to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
