Position: Sales/Front Desk Receptionist.
Location: Camp Bowwow Rockaway - Rockaway, NJ.

Camp Bow Wow Rockaway is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales/Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team of 40. We have both full‑time and part‑time positions available. If you have a passion for dogs and a knack for customer service, we’d love to meet you!

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from entry to exit.
• Manage dogs as they transition from the front desk to the play areas, handling them with care and attention.
• Promote and sell our services, including upselling add‑on services to enhance the customer’s experience.
• Handle multiple phone lines, process check‑ins, and manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including assisting with cleaning up after the dogs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, remaining composed and effective even during busy times.

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or cashier roles, which will influence compensation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and their pets.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and cross‑sell additional services, such as training and grooming.
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members.
• A genuine love for dogs is essential; previous experience with animals is a plus but not required.
