We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Electrical Contracting Project Manager to join our team.

• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs for power, lighting, and specialized industrial systems.
• Utilize software like Accubid or McCormick to prepare accurate labor and material estimates.
• Review blueprints and specifications to identify potential value engineering opportunities or scope gaps.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance for awarded contracts.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and field superintendents to ensure execution meets technical standards.
• Oversee change order management, tracking revisions and impacts on the project’s bottom line.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3–5 years of electrical estimating or project management experience specifically in the commercial/industrial sector.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial controls (PLCs, VFDs).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience as a Journeyman/Master Electrician.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• OSHA certifications a plus.
• Salary Range:
  Typically $85,000 – $135,000+ based on experience and project volume.
